Ventura Real Estate, 3 Bedroom Beautiful Spanish Style Ventura Home

Ventura Beautiful Spanish Style home on tree lined street
Main Photo
This unique, well kept 3 bedroom Spanish style home is located minutes from beautiful downtown Ventura and beaches. A touch of Moroccan architecture is noticeable through out the house especially in the arch shape wood sash windows, the coved ceilings, and the exterior fountain visible from the formal dining room. The bright an airy living room draws attention to the original brick fireplace from the 1920?s. The home?s original wood floors were recently restored. The bathroom was also upgraded.

Mana, beautiful house, I love the colors. This would sell for 250,000 in Ann Arbor. LOL

Mana,

I really like the arch over the driveway leading back to the garage.  Neat how the doors and windows repeat the arch.  We don't have much Spanish architecture in this area so it is interesting to look at.  Wish you and your sellers the best of luck with this home.

Hi Mana, I think it's been awhile since I have been on your blog so just thought I'd pop over and pay you a visit. Your Localism stuff is looking good. I hope it's working for you and you are getting business from it. Maybe some day I'll jump in and do some local stuff. Nah.........my market's too boring.
