hey Mana!  Great report.  How do you seperate out short sales?  We don't have anything like tht with our MLS.

Hi Mana,

Interesting. Can you seperate short sales vs. repo's? Or are they lumped together with each other. Meaning can you graph "traditiona" sales vs. short sales and REO's? Just curious.

Mana--It doesn't look like there are as many short sales in Santa Rosa Valley as there are in other areas of the US. Good report!

Chris And Lynda, Because of the increase in short sales and REOs our board of realtors was so kind to add extra criteria in our MLS. So when we search for a home in a certain area in Ventura County we can choose to only search for short sales, REOs, or regular sales. This was added recently by the frequent request of us, the realtors.

Teri, We were not expecting that many short sales in Santa Rosa to begin with, I wish you could see the homes in this area, they are beautiful.
